Telehealth available as well. Paediatric Caseload: Tailored to your interest area - speech sound disorders, literacy, feeding and swallowing, complex needs (including CP and acquired brain injuries, and AAC including eye gaze technology. Expectations: See 4–5 clients per day, with reduced load if supervising others. The focus is on support and quality care- not productivity targets or micromanagement. Onboarding: A gradual, supportive start focused on getting to know the team, shadowing other clinicians across disciplines, and steadily increasing your caseload over the first few weeks. Collaboration & Learning: Regular joint therapy sessions, monthly multidisciplinary and discipline-specific meetings, plus in-house guest speaker training sessions.
